By downloading, installing, or using Mind Sharpen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Mind Sharpen grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by unauthorised means, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Mind Sharpen cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the App Store or Google Play. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.
New users may be eligible for a free trial of Premium features. Only one free trial per person is permitted. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
All audio content, challenges, and materials available through Mind Sharpen are owned by or licensed to Mind Sharpen and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
Mind Sharpen is a productivity and wellness app. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The content is for informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, psychological, or fitness advice.
Mind Sharpen is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties about the service and will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
