We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your email address and display name. We also collect usage data such as focus sessions completed, challenges joined, and streaks maintained to provide you with progress tracking features.
We use your information to provide and improve the Mind Sharpen service, personalise your experience, track your progress, send you relevant notifications about your streaks and achievements, and communicate important updates about the service.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type 2 compliant database provider. We implement row-level security to ensure your personal data is accessible only to you. Passwords are never stored — authentication is handled via Supabase Auth.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share anonymised, aggregated data (such as total sessions completed platform-wide) for marketing purposes. Individual user data is never shared without your explicit consent.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account from within the app or by contacting us at support@mindsharpen.com. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, though this will log you out of the app.
Mind Sharpen is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
